I design product experiences for complex systems and platforms.
My approach is grounded in understanding the terrain before moving into solutions ā mapping existing experiences, identifying patterns, listening to users, and using research to inform design decisions. Iām especially interested in the work that helps make complicated systems feel more understandable, scalable, and useful for the people navigating them.
Most recently I led design work across authenticated banking experiences at Bank of Montreal. Previously, I led end-to-end design for wealth integration and mobile banking experiences at Bank of the West.
A platform redesign that rebuilt customer trust and introduced cross-sell to the authenticated experience for the first time.
A first-of-its-kind mobile wealth experience built within the constraints of an existing retail banking app.
